Yangyang Li

I was born on July 31, 1995 in Kunming Yunnan, a very beautiful city in China. It has the most wonderful star night and fresh air. Longing for sky night and endless universe became my first crush on astronomy.

I completed my high school about science and became an undergraduate student of USTC. In School of Special Class for the Gifted Young, I majored in physics and astrophysics. In 2017, I came to Caltech to do summer research about exoplanet. There I grew to be keen on hiking and visiting museums with wonderful paintings and sculputures.

When I am free, I love cooking, traveling and writing poems.

Song of Dream

Eocounter in the dream without thee,

Indulge in the fantasy willingly not to flee.

Though after rendezvous the solitude will be eased

And the Lethe destines to be,

Across the flow of time and space only for a meet.
